Our Terms and Policies
Last updated: June 2022
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers, and we do not share information that directly identifies
you (such as your name, email address, or other contact information) with advertisers unless you give us specific permission.
On the other hand, advertisers can tell us things like the type of audience they want to see their ads, and we show those ads
to people who may be interested. We provide advertisers with reports on the performance of their ads that help them understand
how people interact with their content.
We employ specialized teams and develop advanced technical systems to detect abuse of our Products, harmful behavior towards others,
and situations where we may be able to help support or protect our community. If we become aware of this type of content or behavior,
we will take appropriate action - for example, offering assistance, removing content, removing or restricting access to certain features,
deactivating accounts, or contacting law enforcement.
When people give their opinion and act, our community needs to be safer and more accountable. For this reason, you should:
Use the same name you use in your everyday life.
Provide accurate information about yourself.
Create only one account (yours) and use your timeline for personal purposes.
Do not share your password, give others access to your Komikom Apps account, or transfer your account to someone else
(without our permission).

You are under 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country to use our Products).
You are a convicted sex offender.
We have previously disabled your account for violating our Terms or Policies.
You are prohibited from receiving our products, services or software under applicable laws.
We want people to use Komikom Apps to express themselves and share content that matters to them, but not at the expense of
the safety and well-being of others or the integrity of our community. Accordingly, you agree not to engage in the behavior described
below (or to facilitate or support others in doing so):
You must not use our Products to do or share anything, if it is
unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent .
Violate the rights of others, including their intellectual property rights.
You may not upload viruses or malicious code or do anything that may disable, overburden, or interfere with the proper performance
or appearance of our Products.
You may not access or collect data from our Products using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data
that you do not have permission to access.
We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these terms.
If we remove content you have shared that violates our Community Standards, we will notify you and explain any options you have
for requesting a re-review, unless you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms or if doing so could result in us or other people
are subject to legal obligations; harm our user community; compromise or interfere with the integrity or operation of our services,
systems or Products; where we are restricted due to technical limitations; or where we are prohibited from doing so for legal reasons.
We may also remove or limit access to your content, services or information if we determine that such action is reasonably necessary
to avoid or mitigate adverse legal or regulatory effects on Komikom Apps.
If you use content that is covered by the intellectual property rights we own and make available in our Products (for example, images,
designs, videos or sounds we provide for you to add to content you create or share on Komikom Apps), we own all rights.
for that content (but not yours). You may only use our copyright with our written permission.
You must also obtain our written permission (or permission under an open source license) to modify, create derivative works from,
decompile, or otherwise.

Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around the Website and use its features. Without these cookies, services
you have asked for (such as navigating between pages) cannot be provided.
We allow third-party companies to serve ads and/or collect certain anonymous information when you visit our web site.
These companies may use non-personally identifiable information (e.g., click stream information, browser type, time and date,
subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over) during your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements about
goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you. These companies typically use a cookie or third party web beacon to
collect this information. To learn more about this behavioral advertising practice or to opt-out of this type of advertising,
you can visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.
The NAI opt-out page is provided as a convenience to the public, but the opt-out cookie is set by participating NAI members,
who are solely responsible for setting opt-out cookies and honoring your requests. Because no technology is perfect, neither NAI
nor its members warrant that the opt-out tool will be error-free or always work as intended. As a condition of offering this page,
NAI expressly disclaims any and all liability whatsoever and however caused arising out of or relating to your use of this page or
the actions or inactions of NAI members.
Some of the ads you see on the Web or in applications on your mobile device are tailored to your interests and based on your activity online
or in the applications on your mobile device. This type of ad tailoring — sometimes called interest-based or online behavioral advertising
— is enabled through various technologies, including browser cookies, mobile advertising identifiers as well as other non-cookie technologies.
(You can learn more about non-cookie technologies from our FAQ on Non-Cookie Technologies). Tailored digital ads help support the free
products, services and content you enjoy online. To help protect your privacy, NAI members voluntarily agree to the high standards
established by the NAI Codes of Conduct when engaging in Interest-Based Advertising and Cross-App Advertising and are committed to
providing you transparency and choice for these activities. This page was created to help users learn more about participating NAI
member companies and the transparency and choice these members offer.
Opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean you will no longer see advertising online. It does mean that the company or
companies from which you opt out will no longer show ads that have been tailored to your interests.
We may change the content of our website or services without notice, and consequently our Privacy Policy (and/or Cookies Policy) may
change at any time in the future. We, therefore, encourage you to review it from time to time to stay informed of how we are using
personal information.
If we update or modify this Privacy Policy we will change the Last Updated date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy (the same
applies to our Cookies Policy). Any amended policy will be effective immediately after the date it is posted. If you do not agree to
the revised policy, you should discontinue your use of the Website. By continuing to access or use the Website after the effective date,
you confirm your acceptance of the revised policy and all of the terms incorporated therein by reference.
Any social media channels connected to the Website and third party applications will be subject to the privacy and cookies policies
and practices of the relevant platform providers which, unless otherwise indicated, are not affiliated or associated with us.
